       Years ago when I started homeschooling, I used one of the major curriculum's handwriting program that is  available.  My oldest daughter did fine with it, but my 2 boys struggled with trying to have clear, legible handwriting.  I came  across the "Italics" handwriting and to my amazement their handwriting drastically improved. The flow of the  letters  made it easier for them to write and even gave them confidence to write more. I have continued to use it with  the  rest of my children and even my younger girls, because it produces such great results.
